Diet plan includes: Consultation with Joe, first weigh in, body fat test, diet plan, and work out sheets. This appointment takes 30 -45 minutes. After Joe completes your assessment ,he will sit down and explain how everything works, and answer any questions you may have.
Monthly body fat testing is for clients on the diet plan.
